Conference fee and membership fee
The conference fee is 460 € (early registration fee by 13th March is 420 €) and it includes the personal ECIC membership fee. If you are the institutional delegate of your organization, please add 25 € for the institutional membership.
In order to enable a stronger local participation, there is the option to participate only on Wednesday (60 €).
Invoice will be sent by email after the registration.
The fee includes full board and accommodation as well as the conference program Tuesday afternoon, 31 May until lunch on Friday, 3 June.
Please note that lunch on Tuesday, 31 May is not included in the conference fee. If you arrive early and you want to eat lunch and pay for it yourself, please inform the conference venue: email@example.com .
In case of cancellation, the participant will bear all costs caused by the cancellation. You may send a substitute to take your place instead.

The conference takes place in Ljungskile folkhögskola.

It takes about two hours from the airport (Gothenburg Landvetter airport) to the venue (Ljungskile folkhögskola).
Arrival and Departure
From the airport you go by bus to Gothenburg Central Station, labeled Göteborg (Nils Ericson terminalen) with “Flygbussarna”. You buy tickets outside the airport, where the buses stop, or online: http://www.flygbussarna.se/en (Prices and Departures). The bus trip takes about 40 minutes, and costs about 185 SEK (18 €) round trip ticket. The next step of the journey: Go by train, VÄSTTÅGEN with final destination Uddevalla, to Ljungskile station. The train trip takes about 60 minutes, and costs about 124 SEK (12 €) one way. Buy the train ticket at the station at the “Västtrafik shop” (Nils Ericson Terminalen, Bus station), or on the train. (use Google-Maps) Language The language of the conference is English. The local language in Gothenburg is Swedish, but you can communicate with reception staff at the venue in English as well. Creditcard are welcome in most places. Visa / entry requirements for Sweden EU citizens do not need visa. Things to do in Gothenburg The conference program includes an excursion to Gothenburg on Thursday, but the limited time will not permit to visit the city's numerous museums and exhibitions on that day.
